Chukwueke Explains APGA's Agenda To His Supporters.

In continuation of    his mobilisation and sensitisation activities towards the general elections, Apga's vice presidential candidate and Chairman of its National Reconciliation Committee, chief Jerry Chukwueke yesterday held an interactive session with his supporters and members of his structure at his country home Awaka Owerri North LGA, Imo State.

Chukwueke  who is popularly called The Great Mobilizer by his teeming supporters used the opportunity to explain Apga's presidential agenda to his supporters.
He explained that top on Apga's agenda is the Fiscal Restructuring of the country which entails converting  the geopolitical zones into geoeconomic zones, where states  in a zone can pool their resources together with the cooperation of the federal government and embark on developmental projects in their areas of priority and comparative advantage.

This , he explained is an absolute necessity as we move inexorably towards the Post Oil Era. An Apga led government  will also be committed to reducing the cost of governance, by at least five percent in order to generate funds to  deploy to critical sectors of the economy like health, education, infrastructural development and even the payment of the contentious minimum wage.

An Apga federal led government will also give priority to the building of Cattle Ranches in the north to end the incessant herdsmen/ farmers clashes and  the concomitant loss of life and threat to the county's food security.

On the Issue of Insurgency and it's threat to our sovereignty and national security, chief Chukwueke said that the Gbor / Chukwueke government will engage military contractors  to partner with the Nigrian army in the war against insurgency. He described  the APC and PDP as two sides of same coin with no solution to the country's problems.

On the Imo guber race, cheif Chukwueke urged  his supporters to support the Imo Apga guber candidate, chief Ifeanyi Ararume, who he described as an organised and efficient administrator who has demonstrated competence and integrity in his private and public life. He extolled the developmental strides of the Anambra State government, describing it as the Apga model of governance which will be replicated in Imo when Apga takes over the   government .

He urged them not to  lag behind but to spread the Apga gospel and urge  their constituents to get on board the Apga train on a ride to the new Nigeria where no one and no place is left behind.

Responding, the supporters thanked the vice presidential candidate for the detailed and edifying explanation of the party's agenda and blue print, while pledging their commitment to the success of the party in all elections.
